  • Banking, payroll, and bookkeeping records you provide
  • Xero or software access (only where you authorise it)

From website users or enquiries

  • Names and email addresses submitted through our contact form
  • Website analytics data (e.g. cookies, device/browser info, IP address)

  • When you complete onboarding forms or provide information for services

  • To provide bookkeeping, payroll support, and related services

6. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for business and legal purposes. Where required, we retain records for up to 7 years, then delete or anonymise them.

You can request access to, or correction of, your personal information by emailing andre@oliveraccounting.co.nz. We aim to respond within 20 working days.
